The change I feel is that I feel more fit and more active this semester because of p.e class and fitness which is two days a week.The hardest thing in fitness is the regular beep test and I get teird very easily and the beep test gets tougher as the levels go higher,however I feel like I`m graduallly getting better at the beep test evrey time I do it,but my goal is to not give up.I almost always bring my p.e strip and I arrive on time every day.I shopuld never eat any junkfood before p.e class becausen when I start to run around that may cause nme to vomit.i never volenteer to help neither I participate,which I can hopfully start doing,later on tis semeaster.I would like to see my self get less tiered when I do fitness and keep pushing my self.
